Golf Fitness Trainer

Britt Hammond

Britt is the driving force behind (B)alanced by Britt Marie Fitness, bringing health, wellness, and golf performance together right here at American Classic Golf Club. While many know her as the Club’s Business Manager, Britt is also a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping golfers move better, feel stronger, and play their best game—on and off the course.

With a bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Fitness Management from Slippery Rock University, Britt specializes in golf fitness, one-on-one personal training, group classes, and virtual coaching. Her training style focuses on strength, mobility, balance, and injury prevention—everything golfers need to swing more freely, play longer, and enjoy the game more.

Britt holds an impressive list of certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Trainer (Level 2), ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, MELT Method Trainer, TRX Suspension Trainer, and Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Coach. She is also CPR/AED/First Aid certified and a NASM Virtual Coaching Specialist. Currently, she’s continuing to level up her expertise and is working toward her NASM Nutrition Coach certification, expected in Spring 2026.

Whether you’re looking to add distance, improve consistency, or simply feel better walking the course, Britt’s golf-focused approach to fitness helps players elevate their game while keeping training fun, approachable, and balanced.

From yoga and strength training to stretching, circuit classes, and more, there’s something for everyone. Want to make it extra special? Private classes are also available—perfect for families looking to stay active together during their next vacation.

Personal training focuses on understanding your current fitness level, setting realistic goals, and building strength, balance, and confidence along the way. With both in-person and virtual training packages available, Britt is ready to help you feel better, move better, and improve your overall health and fitness—one workout at a time.

  • Golf fitness isn’t about muscle size or Tour trophies—it’s about moving well, staying healthy, and playing your best game. Britt focuses on strength and flexibility where your swing needs it most, helping you improve performance while keeping injuries out of play.

  • MELT is a hands-off self-care method designed to ease the aches and stresses that daily life can put on the body. Using foam rollers and soft balls, Britt guides participants through techniques that help restore natural balance and alignment, helping reduce chronic pain and leave the body feeling refreshed and supported.
